These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Matsu12 SEO Keyword Tool and related services provided through Matsu12.com.
The Matsu12 SEO Keyword Tool is currently under development. Some functions described in these Terms may not yet be publicly available and may change as development progresses.
By accessing or using the service, users agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Matsu12 SEO Keyword Tool is a web-based keyword research and content planning service designed for website owners, content creators, SEO professionals, publishers, and digital marketing professionals.
The service is intended to support workflows including keyword research, analysis of search intent, topic organization, topic clustering, and content planning.
The service may use third-party APIs and data services, including the Google Ads API, as part of its functionality.
2. Google Ads API Usage
The service may use the Google Ads API, including KeywordPlanIdeaService and related functionality, to retrieve keyword ideas, historical keyword metrics, and other relevant information where available.
Information obtained through the Google Ads API may be used as an input to keyword research, analysis, and content planning features.
The service does not guarantee that Google Ads API data will always be available, complete, current, or error-free.
Google may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its APIs or available data at any time.
The Matsu12 SEO Keyword Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Google LLC.
Google, Google Ads, and related trademarks are trademarks of Google LLC.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
Certain features may require users to create an account or authenticate through an external identity provider.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for all activity performed through their accounts.
Users must provide accurate information when registering for or using the service.
4. Subscription and Paid Services
The service is planned to be offered primarily through a subscription-based business model.
Available plans, usage limits, features, pricing, billing periods, and payment conditions may vary and will be presented separately before a user purchases a paid plan.
The operator may introduce, modify, discontinue, or replace subscription plans as the service develops.

The operator may suspend or terminate access where prohibited or harmful activity is reasonably suspected.
7. Third-Party Services and APIs
The service may rely on third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, and other external systems.

The service will not sell Google user data for advertising purposes.
Where authentication credentials, authorization tokens, or similar information are handled, reasonable safeguards will be used to protect such information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
Users may request disconnection of their Google account or deletion of applicable stored data, subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements.

9. Accuracy of Data and Generated Results
Keyword metrics, search volumes, competition indicators, content recommendations, topic classifications, search intent classifications, and other results may contain errors, omissions, delays, estimates, or changes.
Search engines, advertising platforms, APIs, market conditions, and online content change continuously.
The service does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, advertising performance, content performance, or other specific results.
Users are responsible for making their own decisions based on the information provided.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the software, interface design, documentation, original content, branding, and other materials created for the Matsu12 SEO Keyword Tool are owned by or licensed to the operator of Matsu12.com.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit protected portions of the service except where expressly permitted.
Third-party trademarks, APIs, data, software, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Service Changes and Availability
Because the service is under active development, features may be added, modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
The operator may also perform maintenance or temporarily restrict access for security, technical, operational, or compliance reasons.
Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed.
12. Suspension and Termination
The operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service where a user materially violates these Terms, applicable laws, third-party API requirements, security rules, payment obligations, or other conditions necessary for safe and lawful operation of the service.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Procedures concerning subscription cancellation will be provided separately when paid subscription services become available.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The operator does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, compatible with all systems, or suitable for every purpose.
Information and recommendations provided by the service should not be treated as professional legal, financial, tax, or other regulated advice.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, reliance on generated information, changes to third-party APIs, loss of data, search engine changes, or decisions made by users based on the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable laws, third-party APIs, business operations, or compliance requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the date of the most recent update.
Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute relating to the service will be handled by the court having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable Japanese law, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Matsu12.comが提供・開発する「Matsu12 SEO Keyword Tool」およびこれに関連するサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。
Matsu12 SEO Keyword Toolは現在開発中です。本規約に記載されている機能の一部は、現時点では一般公開されていない場合があり、開発の進行に伴って変更されることがあります。

1. サービス概要
Matsu12 SEO Keyword Toolは、Webサイト運営者、コンテンツ制作者、SEO担当者、編集者、デジタルマーケティング担当者などを対象とした、Webベースのキーワード調査・コンテンツ企画支援サービスです。
キーワード調査、検索意図分析、トピック整理、トピッククラスタリング、コンテンツ企画などの業務を支援することを目的としています。
本サービスでは、その機能の一部としてGoogle Ads APIを含む第三者のAPIや外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
2. Google Ads APIの利用
本サービスでは、Google Ads APIのKeywordPlanIdeaServiceおよび関連機能を利用し、利用可能なキーワード候補、過去のキーワード指標その他関連情報を取得する場合があります。
Google Ads APIから取得した情報は、キーワード調査、分析およびコンテンツ企画機能の入力データとして利用する場合があります。
Google Ads APIから提供される情報について、常に利用可能であること、完全性、最新性、正確性またはエラーが存在しないことを保証するものではありません。
GoogleはAPI、仕様、提供データ等を変更、制限、停止または終了する場合があります。
Matsu12 SEO Keyword Toolは、Google LLCとの提携、Googleによる承認・推奨・スポンサー関係、その他の公式な関係を示すものではありません。
Google、Google Adsおよび関連する名称・商標はGoogle LLCの商標です。
3. 利用資格およびアカウント
一部の機能では、利用者によるアカウント登録または外部認証サービスによる認証を必要とする場合があります。
利用者は、自身のアカウント情報および認証情報を適切に管理し、自身のアカウントを通じて行われた利用について責任を負うものとします。
登録・利用時には正確な情報を提供してください。
4. サブスクリプションおよび有料サービス
本サービスは、主としてサブスクリプション型Webサービスとして提供することを予定しています。
料金、機能、利用上限、契約期間、決済条件その他の詳細は、有料プランの提供開始時に別途表示します。
サービスの開発状況に応じて、料金プランや利用条件を新設、変更または終了する場合があります。
重要な変更については、必要に応じて利用者へ通知します。
5. 利用可能な目的
利用者は、適法なキーワード調査、Webサイト企画、コンテンツ企画、デジタルマーケティング調査その他これらに関連する目的で本サービスを利用できます。
本サービスが表示・生成した情報を、事業、広告、コンテンツ公開その他の意思決定に利用する場合、その正確性、妥当性、適法性等を利用者自身で確認してください。
6. 禁止事項
利用者は、法令違反、第三者の権利侵害、不正アクセス、サービスの運営または安全性を妨害する行為、利用制限やアクセス制御の回避、第三者APIから取得したデータの不正利用、第三者規約に反するデータの再販売・再配布、他人または他組織へのなりすまし、詐欺的・欺瞞的・濫用的な利用その他本サービスの安全かつ適法な運営を妨げる行為を行ってはなりません。
禁止行為または有害な利用が合理的に疑われる場合、本サービスへのアクセスを制限または停止することがあります。
7. 第三者サービスおよびAPI
本サービスは、第三者が提供するAPI、ホスティング、認証、分析、決済その他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
これらの利用には、それぞれの提供者が定める規約、ポリシー、技術的制限等が適用される場合があります。
第三者サービスの仕様変更、障害、制限または提供終了などにより、本サービスの一部または全部が利用できなくなる場合があります。
当サイトは第三者サービスの継続的な提供を保証しません。
8. GoogleユーザーデータおよびAPIデータ
本サービスがGoogleユーザーデータまたはGoogle APIのデータへアクセスする場合、適用されるGoogle API関連ポリシー（必要に応じてGoogle API Services User Data Policyを含みます）に従って取り扱います。
Googleユーザーデータへのアクセスは、本サービスの機能提供に合理的に必要な範囲に限定します。
Googleユーザーデータを広告目的で第三者に販売することはありません。
認証情報、アクセストークンその他これらに類する情報を取り扱う場合、不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失または不正利用を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
利用者は、Googleアカウントとの連携解除または対象データの削除を依頼できるものとします。ただし、法令その他の正当な理由により保存が必要な情報を除きます。

9. データおよび分析結果の正確性
検索ボリューム、キーワード指標、競合性、コンテンツ提案、トピック分類、検索意図分析その他の結果には、誤差、遅延、欠落または推定値が含まれる場合があります。
検索エンジン、広告プラットフォーム、API、検索市場その他のオンライン環境は継続的に変化します。
本サービスは、検索順位、アクセス数、収益、広告成果、コンテンツ成果その他特定の結果を保証するものではありません。
利用者は、本サービスが提供する情報を参考に、自らの責任で判断してください。
10. 知的財産権
別途表示がある場合を除き、Matsu12 SEO Keyword Toolのソフトウェア、インターフェース、ドキュメント、独自コンテンツ、ブランドその他の制作物に関する権利は、Matsu12.comの運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
明示的に許可されている場合を除き、サービスの保護された部分を複製、配布、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再販売その他の方法で商業利用することはできません。
第三者の商標、API、ソフトウェア、データおよびコンテンツは、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
11. サービスの変更・停止
本サービスは現在開発中であるため、機能を追加、変更、制限、一時停止または終了する場合があります。
セキュリティ、技術、運営、法令・ポリシー対応その他必要な理由により、メンテナンスまたは一時的な利用制限を行うことがあります。
本サービスが常に中断なく利用できることを保証するものではありません。
12. 利用停止および終了
利用者が本規約、法令、第三者APIの利用条件、セキュリティ上のルール、支払義務その他本サービスの適切な運営に必要な条件へ重大に違反した場合、本サービスへのアクセスを制限、停止または終了する場合があります。
利用者はいつでも本サービスの利用を停止できます。
有料サービス開始後の解約方法については、別途案内します。
13. 保証の否認
適用法令で認められる範囲において、本サービスは現状有姿かつ提供可能な状態で提供されます。
本サービスについて、中断がないこと、エラーがないこと、すべての情報が正確・完全であること、あらゆる環境で利用できること、特定の目的に適合することを保証するものではありません。
本サービスが提供する情報は、法律、金融、税務その他資格を必要とする専門的助言を構成するものではありません。
14. 責任の制限
適用法令で認められる範囲において、本サービスの利用または利用不能、表示・生成された情報への依存、第三者APIの変更、データの消失、検索エンジンの変更、本サービスを参考に行った判断等により生じた間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害その他これらに類する損害について責任を負わないものとします。
法令上免責または制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。

個人情報および本サービスの利用に関するデータは、Matsu12.comが公開するプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

サービス内容、法令、外部API、事業内容またはコンプライアンス要件の変更等に応じて、本規約を変更する場合があります。
最新版は本ページ上で最終更新日とともに公開します。
適用法令で認められる場合、変更後も継続して本サービスを利用することで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされる場合があります。
17. 準拠法
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、法令上別途定めがある場合を除き、日本法上適切な管轄権を有する裁判所で解決するものとします。
